21sqm Studio Condo Make-over for Student Rental

Hi guys!

Welcome to our very first video.

We are couples, Mark and Louie, and we just recently quit the corporate world to do the things that we enjoy the most. We have been investing in real estate properties since 2013 and those investments have already started to pay off, which also enabled us to quit our jobs and go back to the Philippines for good.

In this channel, we will share our design ideas, builds and projects, DIYs, and a little bit about journey as real-estate investors and entrepreneurs.

This is one of our condo investment in the university belt area that we designed ourselves. Since this is a rental property for students, we want to be able to fit from 2-4 pax, which is the typical no. of tenants within the area.

We wanted to give the students an upgraded condo living experience compared to what they can normally have staying in student dormitories, but still within their budgets.
