期待已久的瑞士坦克博物館之旅終於成事。 博物館分室外展區及室內展館, 費用全免。週一至五, 從上午八時至下午五時開放, 參觀者在軍部大門作簡單登記及交出ID/ 護照便可隨同一位軍人(當日是位新兵)進入軍營禁區, 參觀期間, 那位新兵全程站在我身邊, 可惜他只會德語....我只參觀室外展區, 因為參觀室內展館要在七天前作網上登記預约參觀室內展館的手續, 而且要有最少六人方可參觀。很可惜當天參觀者只有我和太太兩位, 室內展館展出坦克可不少呢, 據說更有一輛Tiger II 虎王坦克。可惜緣慳一面!
Panzermuseum Thun is a museum in Thun in the Swiss canton of Berne. Exhibited in the museum area are foreign and Swiss tanks as well as own developments of the Swiss tank artillery and artillery. At the end of the Second World War there was a current among the military specialists of today's RUAG, who worked on a self-produced tank for the Swiss army. For this reason, the first and oldest exhibits, partly with the help of French forces, were brought from the battlefields of the Second World War to Thun for the experts. Later, more and more follow-on products and new developments from well-known tank manufacturers in the world were added. The exhibits are open-air on the gun field in Thun and can be visited during the office hours of the Swiss Army Museum within the Dufour barracks, entrance military street. Since the more than forty exhibits have already been in the open air for a long time, a large part of them is slightly restricted in their ability to drive and function.
