Candidates can apply for Patent Agent Examination- 2020(2022) online only from 22/11/2021 (02:00 PM) to 27/12/2021 (05:30 PM). There is NO other mode of application.
Before applying online, candidates should–

Scan color photograph in jpg format not exceeding 300 KB in size.
Scan signature (BLACK INK) in jpg format not exceeding 100KB. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
Keep scanned copy of following documents in .pdf format, preferably self-attested and other necessary details ready.
Proof of age- Aadhaar card/PAN Card/Driving License/Class 10th Certificate/Birth Certificate, etc.
Degree Certificate in accordance with Section 126(1)(c) of the Patents Act, 1970 (as amended).
Proof of Citizenship- Passport/Voter Id card/Certificate of Nationality (Aadhaar card is not a Proof of Citizenship).
Other document, if applicable, such as marriage certificate, etc. may be scanned for uploading purpose.
Ensure to have a valid personal email Id.
Ensure to have a mobile number.
