Hey there!

Today we will be showing you how to use swap the buttons in your Neo Geo AES stick for modern replacements. Considering the age of the original buttons, this is a mod that everyone will have to do at some point! My A button was dropping inputs so I figured I'd make this video while I repaired it :)

Any snap in 24mm button should be good, but I used Sanwa. You can find them pretty much anywhere :)
