My first ever bouldering competition — and honestly, it humbled me.
There was someone from the GB team, the routes looked insane, and I had no idea what to expect. I told myself I probably wouldn’t do that well, but I was going to try my best.

I have been climbing for under a year now and I have never experienced any kind of pressure like this during a climbing session. It was a completely different experience, the pressure definitely impacted me.

In this vlog, I take you through everything: warming up, the climbs I flashed, the ones that shut me down, and the one I finally sent after five attempts. You’ll see the real highs and lows and the process of learning under pressure.
