I've been getting a few requests to make a tutorial on how to sing and play at the same time, so here's my 5 step guide for anyone looking to do so! Hope it's useful :)

Full Process: 👇👇

1) Master the guitar part - build up the muscle memory so you can focus on the singing
2) Play along to the original - listening to what the singer does (can do the same with the guitar part)
3) Hum the lyrics - focus on the rhythm and pitch (easier than singing the full lyrics)
4) Add in the voice + play an easier guitar part - focusing on singing at the right time (use Ultimate Guitar Tabs)
5) Bringing it all together - start slow, play along to the original, etc...

Be patient, coordination takes time to develop, but once you've got it down, it'll be with ya forever.
