Ray and Stevie are back in the kitchen and on the grill to make a great pineapple relish.

Stevie took sliced pineapples and grilled them on the Bullseye for 8-10 minutes on high. Stevie then pulled the pineapple and and chopped it, and then put that into a mixing bowl.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup red onions minced
1-2 jalapeños minced
2oz. lime juice
Let this chill for one hour before serving.
