Today we held an important office meeting with our sales coordinators, merchandisers, audit officers, and store incharges.
We reviewed the performance of all sales officers and discussed the targets they have achieved till the 20th of the month.

I instructed the coordinator to speak with every team member individually and ensure that the remaining targets for undergarments, socks, belts, and new collection must be completed on time.

Teamwork, communication, and accountability are the keys to achieving our monthly goals.
