Steps:

It's not possible to disable DMs from all accounts, however you can disable DMs from everyone except for people who you follow.

To do this, open up the twitter app and tap on your profile icon in the top left corner of the homepage.

Then tap on ‘settings and privacy’

In ‘settings and privacy’ tap on ‘privacy and safety’

Tap on the toggle after where it says ‘allow message requests from everyone’ to switch it off. The toggle will turn from green to grey when it is switched off.

People who you don't follow will no longer be able to send you messages or message requests.
