I am Farming George (aka George Young). I farm at Curtis Farm in Fobbing, Essex, UK. This channel is aimed at showing lots of the bits and pieces that we get up to on the farm. Hopefully you'll enjoy watching it as much as I enjoy farming.

In this inaugural episode, we harvest our first crop of buckwheat (for human consumption) - it's taken me four years to find someone who wanted me to grow it! And that company is Hodmedods (I really encourage you to check them out - they are ace!). Apologies for the focus issues - I'm just learning my new camera, so please do bear with me.
