Caremal pudding.. Hi-tea special caremal pudding...Bread pudding..

today's recepie is hi tea special dessert
caremal pudding.

ingredients
bread 4 slices
milk 2 cups
eggs 2
vanilla essence to flavour
sugar for caremal 85 grams

methodology:
cut the bread into piece and soak into milk.Take two eggs and add 85g sugar in it mix it well.
put the mixture into blender jug and blend them well.Stain the mixtue to remove lumps in it.
Take another pan and add 85g sugar also.Caremalize it. pour the caremal into mold and set it for 5 mins. Pour the mixture into bowl in which caremal is settled down as shown in video above.Bake for 25mins on medium flame untill it done as shown in video.
