I show you guys how to season a new grill using my new Weber performer deluxe. I’d like to add that seasoning a new grill with stainless grates is not really necessary like it is with cast iron grates so you can just cook on it. That being said I still like to season my new grills to add a layer of oil to the grate and burn off any packing residue.
