TLDW: You can use Eclipse Botrk Build mid lane as well and it works better than full lethality.

Additional Information on Combos since I left that section short:

3/4 Stack Burst Combo is mainly used for short trades during lane, executing them when they are under 40-50%hp, or to one-shot someone later in the game if you are building lethality assassin style. This is your bread and butter combo.

2 Stack Burst Combo is used for the same purpose as 3/4 Stack but when you are short one stack. This combo takes slightly longer to come out which is why it is not preferred over the 3/4 Stack Combo which comes out faster. If the enemy has tenacity they can move before your EmpQ comes out.

5 Stack Combo is used to burst a target when you don't have 3/4stacks. Useful when you want to all-in or the enemy has their abilities on cd. Deals more damage than the lower stacked combos but takes longer to come out which is why you should only strike with this combo when you know they don't have mobility skills up.

5 Stack Gore Combo is used when you want to burst someone using Goredrinker. You can just save the active when you know you are in a guaranteed long duel and know you wont be able to one-shot them such as a tank, fighter, or juggernaut.

5 Stack Long Gore Combo is used when you know you can't one-shot them but know you can chase them down. This combo deals the highest amount of damage when you have your 2 item core of the Bruiser Build. Mostly used in a side lane 1v1 duel.

5 Stack Eclipse Botrk One Shot Combo is used when you run the glass cannon build and want to one-shot someone once you have that 2 item core. It comes out very fast with the trade off being not using EmpQ. But the majority of your damage will come from proc'ing PTA, Eclipse, Botrk which will already surpass the bonus damage from EmpQ.
