Today is an incredibly bright and "golden" day in my orchard! I am finally Harvesting Golden Star Apples (also known as Abiu fruits). These rare fruits have turned a stunning, vibrant yellow, looking like drops of sunshine hanging from the green branches.

Join me as I hand-pick these sweet, creamy treasures one by one. The trees are heavily loaded this year, and every fruit is perfectly ripe and glowing. After filling my baskets, I’ll be heading straight to the Local Market to sell them. Because of their unique color and honey-like sweetness, they are always the first to be sold out!
