Soyuz Video #2 - Microphone Shootout 2015

On the morning of May 28th, 2015, we invited some talented young musicians to Parametrika Studios in Moscow to help us with a microphone test between our flagship SU-017 and 2 of the world's greatest vintage tube mics: the Neumann U67 and the AKG C12. This comparison was far from scientific and is only meant to provide the listener with some idea of how our SU-017 compares with two of the world's great "classic" tube microphones.

All 3 mics were recorded to Pro Tools at equal levels through a Neve 36VR with flat EQ. The A/D convertor was a Prism Sound ADA-8XR.
