On a day of mirth when the people of Vrindavan are happily decorating the village on account of the harvest festival, Krishna questions the purpose of praying to Lord Indra, when in fact it is the Sun God who should be worshipped as he provides the growth for the crops. Agreeing with Krishna all the villagers begin praying to the Sun God. Enraged by the disrespect shown by the villagers, God Indra displays his wrath on the villagers. Offended by this display of engr, Krishna plays a peaceful tune and calms the people. He then has taken them all to the Mount Govardhan.
