Once you let go of your attachments you are able to manifest your ideal life. You will be encouraged to let your life's desires run free so as you can truly create your ultimate life. Because of the importance of opening your mind up to these ideas and "turning on" your creative thinking it is very important that your mind is relaxed so it is accepting of your manifestations. Your attachments are those beliefs you have that cause you judgment, fear of loss and stress - often around success and status, ideas of wrong and right behaviours, money, material items and relationships.
