Offshore Kayak fishing for Tope in a deep water trench -
In this video I paddle out a couple of miles off the North coast of Jersey to target some Tope from the Kayak.
After my 12hr night shift at work I decided to head out to do a bit of fishing.
So with the Kayak already on the roof of my vehicle and the gear all packed I headed straight for the Coast.
With a light SW wind and a little bit of swell I welcomed the idea of a few hours offshore using some larger baits to target Tope with the chance of also catching bullhuss and conger eels whilst dropping large fish baits in the offshore trench.
