Where To Find 2500 SqFt Homes For Sale For Under $500K In Midlothian VA | Living In Midlothian VA

If you are looking for larger homes for sale in Midlothian VA for under $500K, this is the video for you! I am going to show you 4 different neighborhoods in Midlothian where you can expect to find 2500+ sqft homes for sale for $500k or less! I will start out the video by telling you about the commercial amenities/"bubble" for both the northern Midlothian area and the southern Midlothian area. I will then tell you all about each of the 4 different neighborhoods including where they are located, size of the neighborhood, school systems, prices, yard sizes, year built, and much more!

The first neighborhood in Midlothian where you can expect to find 2500+ sqft for less than $500k is Queensmill. Queensmill is an older established neighborhood with large, mature yards, and it is very convenient to both highway 288 and to the northern Midlothian commercial bubble.

Next I show you the Watermill neighborhood which is located practically in the middle of Midlothian. This is a much newer neighborhood built in the early 2000s. The floorplans offered are more open concept than the 80s & 90s colonial style floorplans, but the yard sizes are much smaller.

I then show you Bayhill Pointe which is located convenient to the southern Midlothian commercial bubble. Bayhill Pointe will feel similar to Queensmill in terms of yard size and mature landscaping, but the houses within Bayhill Pointe are much newer, from 1995-2021. So if you wanted a good sized yard and something more up to date, this could be a great fit for you.

I end with the Collington neighborhood in Midlothian, which is really far south and that is the major "con" to the neighborhood. However if you are good with the location, you will love the houses located within it.
