Rogers shares some of his tips for summer success with Fuchsias, how to encourage more blooms / flowers, in pots or in the ground.

At 1:50 in the video Rogers hows us which fertilizer he uses through the summer to keep those flower buds coming, and show us how to check the plant for watering.
At 4:45 we take a look Rogers Cape Fuchsia (Phygelius) in full flower. Roger has been experimenting by training the often untidy Phygelius to grow through a large conifer tree (using the conifer as the support / climbing frame) and it now seems to be working.
