Quick and Easy Mini Wallet with Zipper Pocket & Snap Closure + Free Pattern

Here’s a super quick and easy mini wallet tutorial. This beginner-friendly project is perfect to sew and sell or just giving as a gift.
Tried to keep this one really simple, so this little wallet has just one zippered pocket and closes with the flap. No separate card slots.

In the video, I’m sewing mine with denim and cork, but vinyl works great too. Cork and vinyl both don’t fray, which allows to skip the facing on the pocket to avoid extra bulk in this small wallet.

Materials used in the video:
Exterior: Denim (with medium-weight interfacing) and cork
Lining: Lightweight cotton
Zipper: 3mm
Snap: Plastic snap for closure
