Hi there! I'm Michael with eatrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Seaflo Diaphragm Pump. This is gonna provide a consistent flow of fresh water in either your boat or your RV. It does utilize a variable flow technology that allows it to provide the amount of water that you've gonna need without having to cycle. The built-in pressure switch is going to start the pump when you open up your faucet. So you turn the handle, it'll automatically start putting water towards that fixture.

And then when you close it, it's automatically going to turn off again. This does have a three chamber diaphragm that's gonna provide 3.3 gallons per minute of water flow to up to two fixtures. You're not gonna need any accumulator tank and it is gonna give you that 3.3 gallons which is pretty comparable. It's actually on the higher-end of what's typical for your house faucets. So it should feel very comfortable for you.

You shouldn't feel like it's just tricklin' out of the faucets. You'll still feel like you have that good water pressure. This is a self priming design. It's gonna eliminate the air biding by removing air from the pipeline. The unit can...

push water up to six feet of lift. So it will work even for your shower heads and that sort of thing. Making sure that you're always gonna have water when you need it. It does have a 45 psi pressure setting to it. So again, it's gonna give you plenty of pressure and be very comfortable for you.

It will work with a maximum water temperature of 140 degrees, which is actually about 20 degrees hotter than most your hot water tanks will get. So, it's more than capable of handling hot water to ensure that even if you're wanting to take a nice hot shower it will be capable of getting that water to you. And this does work off of 115 volts of alternating current. It's gonna draw about 8 amps max. The enclosed housing here is sealed so that you're not gonna have to worry about moisture getting in and causing problems. You can see on the backside here, we do have these semi-rigid rubber feet that are going to help reduce vibrations or noise and to make sure that it's going to operate effectively without causing any issues, feeling vibrations or hearin' it bangin' up against there. It is a simple bolt-on installation. You just put the bolts through there. The hardware is not included with this but just simple screws or bolts dependin' on where you're gonna mount it. Should be very easy to get hooked up. The hose barbs here, attached to your half inch tubing on either side, very simple to get those installed. And as far as our dimensions go, when I measured it, I'm measured, including the electrical cable here, so the tightest I could get that up on the bottom all the way up to the top here, I measured it to be about nine and a half inches long. From the tip of our, tubin' barbs, hose barbs, and that's 'bout ten and a half inches wide. And then from the bottom of our feet, all the way up to the top here, it's right about four and seven eighths of an inch tall, just shy of five inches tall. As far as our mounting dimensions go, it's about three and a quarter of an inch by two and seven eights of an inch. So, right around three both directions. So, it should be very simple to get this installed under a cabinet or wherever it is that you're wantin' to mount this in your RV or boat. So overall, a really nice option to make sure that you are gonna have water pressure when you want it, get that flow of water going so you can wash your hands, take a shower and that sort of thing; going to work for up to two fixtures. So it's gonna complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watchin'.
