Bhogichi bhaji is made during the winter season as part of numerous new vegetables that are accessible during winter. It is basically blended veg sabzi. In Maharashtra, it is arranged a day before Makar Sankranti. Do attempt this bhogichi bhaji this year.

Ingredients:
1/2cup Roasted peanuts/shengdana
1/2cup Roasted dry nariyal/sukha nariyal
1/2cup Roasted sessame seeds/til
Corn
French beans/farasbhi
Papadi
Tuuvar dana green
Carrot/gajar
Brinjal
Meethi
Coriander
Red chilli powder
Turmeric
Salt
Dhaniya oowder
Water
Jeera
Oil

Method
Make a powder of roasted Peanuts- roasted dry coconut - roasted sessame seeds
In a kadai heat some oil
Add some jeera and then start adding vegetables one by one. (Add as per the time they take to cook)
We first added corn-french beans - papdi- gajar-matar - brinjal- meethi - tuvar dana and last tomatoes
Make sure you stir fry every vegetable you add well
Then add red chilli powder-turmeric-dhaniya powder and the powder that we made add salt abd give it a very good mix.
Keep a lid abd steam all vegetables in the masala well.
Open the lid and 2 cups water as per the consistency you want mix it well and again cook it for 10mins with lid on
Ince the vegetables are well cooked add coriander.
And serve it with some bhakri.
