Glad you're back on our side, Comrade General. With our detachments regrouping in Havana, it's become apparent that Argo has sparked a revolt in the Latin Confederation, but several divisions such as Lieutenant Cortez's and Morales' remain loyal to our cause; inevitable with how much of the Confederation wanted to see America burn. Several major cities have been attacked by Yuri's forces, and our NKVD must be completely under his control; any exchange of information from our spies or intelligence operatives has ceased, and communications with Moscow have been cut off. Yet the American mercury system has proven crucial in dislodging Yuri's sway, destroying his Beacons, and preventing him from taking Seattle or D.C. Our magnetic satellites, erratic as they are, are making sure they don't get any ideas.

Retaking our capital from Yuri's clutches is of utmost importance; the Chinese already attempted to do so themselves in a dangerous power play, hoping to expand their influence within the USSR and Siberia. General Nagama and his Pacific Front forces are now kept under our direct supervision to curtail Yuri and China's influence in Asia. We can't let either take further advantage of the situation.

Our forces are stretched thin; many have either defected to Yuri or fallen to mind control. Regardless, Colonel Cherdenko and his forces are already arriving in Moscow to retake the city, supported by Boris' own. Marshal your forces - Yuri has turned against the Soviet Union, and there is only one answer for such treason.
