Ingredients:
Plain flour 250g
corn flour 50g
Baking powder 1 tsp level
Baking Soda 1 tsp level
pinch salt
200g sugar ( grind it into powder)
3/4 cup Oil /Ghee or 250g Butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 large eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1 cup mango cubes
1/2 cup mango puree
250 ml whipped cream
3 tbsp icing sugar
3/4 cup Milk + 1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
Greased cake pan
Oven temperature 180 °C, baking time between 25 to 35 mins or until skewer comes out clean
