Kushi / Khushi movie also stars Sivaji, Nasser, Vijay kumar and Sudhakar among others. It is the remake of the Tamil hit movie, Vijay starrer Khushi.

Synopsis :

Siddhartha Roy or Siddhu (Pawan Kalyan) is all set to leave to Canada for his higher studies but ends up in the hospital due to a car . Bhumika leaves her village after her groom elopes and she manages to convince her father (Vijayakumar) to let her go for higher studies. Due to the Pawan Kalyan's Canada trip gets cancelled and he joins the same college as Bhumika in Hyderabad. Pawan Kalyan and Bhumika become good friends while helping their friends Babu (Sivaji) and Shanti with their love. Later due to misunderstandings Pawan Kalyan and Bhumika end their friendship.
