Qliphort releases new support with new skills...

but... WTF is this? The skill does nothing on the consistency... At least give us the most powerful Qiphort support, Skill Drain... (I was trying to play the Powersink Stone to replace the missing Skill Drain, but it's not working well... so I took it out from the deck...)
