Is your life getting boring? - Just Keep Brewing

It's been a roller coaster ride since my last upload. My son has been getting better with his Chemo. Our business didn't go as expected (lots of in-fighting and distrust) and I opted to exit the deal.

So my son is undergoing Chemo to fix the damage to his kidneys. So far he has been getting better but we are just 2 out of 6 of his planned sessions. But don't get me wrong when I say Chemo. It's of a very low dosage and it doesn't hit as hard as those used to treat cancer. The medicine used is Cyclophosphamide. He has been doing well and we are seeing good results. We hope and pray for good news by the end of the year.

With regards to our business, well it fell through. I was supposed to be just finance and consultant to the whole thing, but I did the Marketing, Content Creation, Accounting, and Customer Service, and even went out to source equipment and ingredients.

Ultimately one of our business partners made a bad call and we lost quite a lot of money. I pushed to move forward and try to recover, but things started to fall apart with mistrust and rumors that some of my partners were skimming the profits. So now they are continuing the business but they promised to pay me back for the work I've done. Given their history, I doubt I am going to get paid.

Well, that's all for my life update. All I can say is that I will keep brewing coffee. I will keep experimenting with odd recipes and I will still be me.
