Upload the sprite sheets to unity game engine and on the inspector menu change the sprite mode to multiple sprites option so that Unity is able to slice the sprite sheets automatically to single assets. Once that's done you just have to click and drag each single asset into the scene window and build your castle design starting from the foundation, creating structure and walls, matching tower parts from the bottom all the way to the top by adjusting the additional settings for each asset in the sorting layer or order.
