In part 3 of making the Flora gown I show you how to cut and sew the flower and leaf embroidered appliques on, how I add the beads and flat back crystals, how I make the tulle cape sleeves, and how to add the eyelets or grommets and the lacing panel to the corset, before I reveal the finished dress.
