Illegal migrant with murder accessory conviction arrested in Maryland: 'Grievous felon'

Maryland Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials on Wednesday announced the arrest of a national of Chad who was previously convicted for accessory to murder and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Hisseine Gombo-Tchouli, 25, entered the U.S. legally in 2005 via Dulles International Airport in Virginia. However, Ice noted he “violated the terms of his admission."
