To install this map/level in singleplayer, right click on Unturned in your steam library window, click properties, then go to local files, browse local files, open the Worlds folder, then open a singleplayer file, [if you are gold, each number corresponds to a "survivor"'s own singleplayer worlds, choose one that is empty], then open the level folder, and put the extracted PEI folder in here, and click "replace files" if it asks to replace the current PEI folder. To get to the track, press the j key, then type: "/teleport lib" then press enter.

Had to reupload the video because it was blocked in some countries because of copyright issues.
