The ampoule filling machine operates by melting off the top of each ampoule with an open flame then filling with the desired substance. Once filled, each ampoule is hermetically sealed using an open flame to create a clean seal with no glass shards or slivers to contaminate the contents. All this is done at a comfortable rate of 15 ampoules per minute, that's over 6,000 per day with each ampoule being filled with any volume of liquid from 0 to 2ml depending on the needs of the customer. We can also fill open vials with volumes from 0 to 20ml.

Ampoules are commonly used as containers for substances that need to be protected from air and other contaminants. We use glass ampoules due to their superior strength and imperviousness to gases and liquids over their plastic alternatives. Our ampoule filling machine can handle any liquid compatible with glass and can output runs from 1 right up to tens of thousands of ampoules. Filled ampoules can be supplied bulk packed or alternatively packed into cartons of five, ten or twenty units.
