He prepare fresh food daily to serve his customer new and good food everyday. He make food without onion and garlic which makes it more healthier and the quality and qauntity given by Manoj Bhai is enough for a person in ₹40.
Manoj Bhai is very talkative person but interesting also. The crowd waits for his arrival as the people working in market and the buyers likes his thali. The most busiest person handling 100 of customers at a time.
I tried thali which comprises of rice, 4 chapati, choley, aalo ki sabzi. The Food quality and quantity was enough but the salt was less so that everybody can have thali food easily.
