🔧🔧UPDATE TO OPTISPLINT SCAN PROTOCOL🔧🔧

Since this video was published, we have updated the scan protocol for the OptiSplint. Once the OptiSplint is luted together, it is removed from the mouth and scanned extraorally. Then, once you've captured the OptiSplint, go back and perform the post-surgical scan of the fiducial marker (ex. CombiGuide) in the mouth.

In this video, we are reviewing a case study, performed in two days, but studies as if it took place over a single day.

This CHROME GuidedSMILE case was performed as usual, but utilizing Arch Tracers, or scan tads, to capture precise records pre and post-operatively. These tads allowed the pre and post-operative scans to be lined up at our lab, and the prosthesis was fabricated based on these scans.

ROE’s Grammetry solution breaks down the challenges faced by photogrammetry. Grammetry allows the use of approved IOS scanners for implant capture, provides a simple capture protocol on the day of surgery, delivers the ability to fabricate physical models (not available through photogrammetry), and gives the ability to manage the full workflow from surgery to final zirconia. This is all possible, and affordable.
