To install, simply navigate to your Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME2\BioGame\CookedPCConsole , make a backup of Coalesced_INT.bin and place in the one you downloaded. Now your Garrus too has access to heavy weapons...
Will not work with other mods that replace this file. You would need to get them combined into one file.


Music used is the Medic! from the Team Fortress 2 OST.
