Kay Adams' Top 3 Fantasy Breakout Players That She's Keeping an Eye On This Upcoming Season

We’re going to have a little off-season fun with a segment I’m calling “You, me and Top 3” I’ll give you three players that I’m keeping an eye on and today I have 3 breakout players that I think you should be watching in 2024.

1) First up, we have Raiders running back Zamir White. With Josh Jacobs now in Green Bay, White has the inside track on being the starter this year. *Take PVO* And he has really popped when he’s gotten opportunities. In the last 4 weeks of last season, when Jacobs sat with a quad injury, White averaged 4.67 yards per carry and racked up 99 yards per game during that span.


2) Then, in Detroit, I have my eye on wide receiver Jameson Williams. His first two years in the league haven’t been ideal, he battled back from an ACL injury his rookie year and had that suspension last season.

But the last time we saw Jameson, he was cutting up the Niners defense in the NFC championship, where he had two touchdowns - 1 rushing and 1 receiving. And he’s taken a big leap this offseason according to Head Coach Dan Campbell.

“Man on a mission” Campbell says. A mission to be the top receiver in the NFC North? We’ll have to see.

3) And lastly, Cardinals tight end Trey McBride - who we had on the show the week before the Super Bowl - He was humble but noticeably excited about building on his connection with Kyler Murray. And McBride finished last season on a high note.

From Week 8 on, McBride was 3rd among tight ends in yards and 2nd in the entire league in catches behind only CeeDee Lamb. His production should pick up with Kyler in for the whole season. I think he’ll finish top 5 among tight ends this year.
