This light weights workout combines Low Impact strength exercises with an active, walking rest to help you build up your strength, energy and motivation after taking some time off..

You’ll need a light set of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 2kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

Complete each exercise for 40 secs work/20 secs active rest
