MUST DO Beast Gear Treestand Mods for 2022

In this video we are going over our Must Do Beast Gear Treestand Mods for 2022. After using the Beast Stand for a year in 2021 there are some things we would change, or mod. So here are the mods we will be doing for 2022-2023 archery season.

The first modification to make the Beast Stand a better stand, is changing out the stock transport straps. If you have an extra set of backpack straps from another tree stand, or have a favorite transport system - making that change will make your Beast Stand more comfortable for the pack in or out.

The next couple of mods are based on silencing. Silencing the cables and silencing the seat. While the platform of the Beast Stand offers ample room for bigger guys, there is potential for unwanted noise from the support cables. A quick and easy mod is using Stealth Strips from Stealth Outdoors to silence the cables from unwanted noise. We also used stealth strips to silence the seat.

Along with the seat we are changing the method of attachment from velcro straps to zip ties. The noise from the velcro straps is not ideal - zip ties are strong & quiet.
