Creating an organization and adding an account in AWS Organizations involves a series of steps through the AWS Management Console.
Here's a step-by-step guide for creating an organization and adding an account:

Step 1:
Sign in to the AWS Management Console
Go to the AWS Management Console.
Sign in with your AWS account credentials.

Step 2:
Create an AWS Organization

Choose "Create organization."

In the email, there will be a link to verify the email address and complete the account creation process.

Sign in to the New Account
Open a new browser window and go to the AWS Management Console.

Sign in using the temporary password provided in the email for the new account.

Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password.

Step 6:
Confirm the New Account in AWS Organizations
In the AWS Organizations console, go to the "Accounts" section.

Verify that the new account is listed as part of the organization.

Congratulations! You have successfully created an AWS organization and added a new account to it. This organization can now be used for consolidated billing, service control policies, and other organizational governance features provided by AWS Organizations.
