Date Extended to claim Old ITC | New Date to claim ITC notified | ITC New Sections 16(5) & 16(6)

If you missed to claim your Input Tax Credit then there is a huge relief given by Central Tax notification number 27/2024 which extended the date to claim old input tax credit starting form 1st July 2017, because of this various cases related to input tax credit will get resolved. New Sections inserted in CGST act are section 16(5) and 16(6).
