No matter how you like your cookies baked, they are the ultimate comfort food. Follow these simple steps and the Cookie function of the Joule® Oven Air Fryer Pro will do the rest. If you are looking for some inspiration to try a new cookie recipe you can download Breville+.

Steps:
1. To bake your cookies, insert the wire rack and turn the Confirm dial until the indicator on the LCD reaches Cookies function.
2. Press the Start/Stop button to preheat the oven. The LCD screen will indicate a blinking ‘PREHEATING’ message.
3. Once the oven has finished preheating, an alert will sound, and food can be inserted into the oven.
4. Place your cookies, positioned on the pizza pan, into the center of the wire rack so air will flow around all sides of the cookies.
5. Adjust the Temperature and Time dials as needed and let the baking begin.

Top Tips:
For frozen cookies, use the Frozen button and adjust the cooking time to avoid burning or drying out.
Use a pizza tray for best results and cover the inside with baking paper so it fits the tray. A light spray of water will help the baking paper stick to the tray. Keep enough space between the cookies and when baking four cookies, place them in a diamond shape for optimal heat distribution.
Choose between convection, super convection, or neither and your oven will adjust the temperature.
Remember you can use the Rotate/Remind function for evenly spread baking results.
Once the cookies are ready allow the cookies to stand on the pizza tray for a couple of minutes before transferring them to the cooling rack.
