Welcome to our calming 10-minute Yoga for PCOD practice aimed at fostering well-being and natural hormonal balance.

PCOD can affect various aspects of a woman's health, and incorporating yoga into your routine can offer a range of benefits concerning them. This session includes effective yoga poses that can help reduce stress, improve flexibility, and enhance strength, all while addressing hormonal imbalances associated with PCOD.
