This is for beginners.
This wall has been pointed in hot lime. The hot lime is cold and mixed using quicklime and a medium grade sharp sand.

I've shown you a couple of ways beds first then perps or perps first then beds. I've over filled the joints so hopefully you can understand better when it's time to finish your pointing off. I've covered my work with hessian sacking.
