Easy Way to Create User Account on Windows 11
Open Settings: Press the Windows key + I to launch the Settings app.
Go to Accounts: In the left-hand menu, click on Accounts.
Select Family & other users: On the right-hand pane, click on Family & other users.
Add a new user: Under the "Other users" section, click the Add account button.
Choose account type:
For a Microsoft account: Enter the person's email address and follow the prompts to sign them in with their existing Microsoft account or to create a new one.
For a local account: Click on the link that says "I don't have this person's sign-in information".
Create the local account:
Click on the link for "Add a user without a Microsoft account".
On the "Create a user for this PC" page, enter a username, a password (and confirm it), and provide answers to three security questions.
Click Next to finish.
