Cooking steps of saffron fried chicken:
Wash and dry the chicken.
Add salt, add half a glass of white vinegar (white vinegar makes the chicken white and cottony during cooking)
Cover the dish with cellophane and rest for 1 hour
Turn the chickens over and rest for another hour
Soak two cups of rice in water for one hour.
Cut the potatoes with a strip peeler.
Add salt.
Fry in hot oil
We fry the potatoes to serve next to the chicken.
Take the chickens out of the vinegar and dry them well.
Fry both sides of the chicken in hot oil.
Cut an onion into slices and add to the chicken.
Add garlic powder, infused saffron and put it in the pan and reduce the heat until it cooks completely.
Let the water boil and add rice and salt.
When the rice is half cooked, drain it and let it boil.
If the chicken loses water during cooking, add some boiling water.
