If you liberate a base but the province is not yet entirely liberated, you can lead authority vehicles to the rebel base and watch them fight. Unfortunately in this video the rebels did a little too well and kept the Heat rating low. But still, fun times. It's more fun when the heat level gets up to 3-4 and there are helicopters and tanks, and you are running back and forth just helping with whoever the rebels are fighting.
