After some exchanges in a "loud tone" over the phone with Ms Atwood's attorney David Silek over not properly notifying him of the hearing, the meeting was started. Two Board members, George Cline and  David Buracker recused themselves and stepped down from the platform.The Royal Examiner's camera was there.
