MUGEN Spawn revised

Hire me to fix this char surprise me a bit because I think ER Spawn is cleaner even when it lacks of special moves (but also it would required me spriting and that would be more expensive), so , this one has more stuff so was a better choice to get in better shape, it wasn't easy, code was a nightmare, build was sloppy, palettes were all dark -_-' moves made no sense... sigh I think it is better now.

As with all commissioned chars I am not allowed to release them because the guy that do this pays for himself, also I avoid his identity to also avoid some crazy soy boy to harass him, I publish just videos showing my code work.
