A reinforced chassis, carbon monocoque structure, advanced high/low-speed suspension, nitrous injection, and an AI-assisted ECU pushed the machine beyond conventional limits. With the right connections and access to cutting-edge technology, the project became a glimpse into the future of motorsports.
The result: 1,428 horsepower—without even activating the nitrous—pushing a weight of just 1,114 kilograms.
The Reaper Cheater was born.
To lure Reaper into the decisive showdown, the terms were set: a two-lap race. If any member of the Akina Squad crossed the finish line before Reaper, the stolen Escort would be returned, and Reaper would forfeit his GT-R. But if Reaper won, he would claim every participating vehicle, and the Akina Squad itself would be forced to disband.
The stakes had never been higher. This was no longer about reclaiming the Escort—it was about everything.
With no time to waste, testing began immediately. The first stop: Blue Moon Bay Speedway, where members of the Furious7 joined the session. Brian, Dominic, Han, Daiki, and Keisuke took part in the runs, while Ryosuke and Tej monitored and analyzed real-time telemetry from the pit wall.

The full squad reunited, and Ryosuke seized the opportunity to test his RX-Vision alongside them.
Takumi, now driving his new GR86, Ryo in the Ford GT, and Ryosuke headed to the very Tokyo expressway where they had first encountered Reaper. The pace was blistering. The refinements to the GT had paid off—its reinforced chassis now felt nearly invisible beneath the driver, stable yet razor-sharp. On the long expressway straight, Ryo finally unleashed the machine’s full acceleration. The screaming V8 behind him exploded with brutal force, sending the GT forward with breathtaking speed.

It was time to travel to France and settle everything once and for all.
When the team arrived, one familiar face was missing—Bunta. But the reason soon became clear. He was already there, waiting, standing beside a prototype wide-body Impreza of the newest generation. In typical fashion, he simply met their surprised expressions with a calm shrug.
“We can talk about it later, back home, over tofu,” he said, giving Ryo a firm pat on the shoulder. “Right now, we have a race to win—and a car to take back.”
